YFFC Small Groups

At Youth & Families For Christ All Of Our Programs Are Free!

Building Strong Teen Foundations

Teens are invited to participate in YFFC small groups. The groups focus is on setting and achieving goals, setting boundaries, making smart choices, interacting with peers in healthy ways and gives your child a safe environment to talk about school, friends and issues that arise in their daily lives.

Groups also provide students an opportunity to interact and have a sense of belonging with peers. The atmosphere helps to cultivate friendships while strengthening leadership and positive character attributes in your Child.

These groups are facilitated by Youth & Families for Christ staff and take place at your child’s school or the YFFC facility once a week.

Groups that take place at school meet during lunch or homeroom and have no mention of faith. These groups are facilitated by YFFC staff and volunteers, but are coordinated by counselors at the schools. These groups are optional. For your child to participate in these groups they must bring back the attached permission slips signed.

Groups that take place at YFFC are held after school and in the evenings. Contact us to inquire about days and times.

If you have any questions about the groups or what is covered in the groups please call Youth & Families for Christ at 402-564-3700
